Die Australierin hat ihre Tour, die sie Mitte Oktober unter anderem auch durch fünf deutsche Städte führen sollte, abgesagt. Die Termine wurden bereits im Mai auf Oktober verschoben ( motor.de berichtete ) und nun endgültig gestrichen. Grund sind laut Agentur unvorhergesehene Ereignisse - was genau sich dahinter verbirgt, wurde nicht benannt. Leider wird es auch keine Nachholtermine geben. Tickets können aber an den jeweiligen VVK-Stellen zurückgegeben werden.

The funeral of Ou Est Le Swimming Pool singer Charles Haddon has been held. About 300 people attended the service at All Saints Church in Yelvertoft, Northamptonshire on Saturday, Sept. 4, reports the Press Association.
Due to the number of attendees some mourners stood outside the church and listened to the service on a speaker system.
Haddon is believed to have committed suicide after his band's performance at Belgium's Pukkelpop festival on Aug.20. He leaped from a communications mast in a car park behind the festival's main stage.

British Sea Power have revealed their feelings on this year's Barclaycard Mercury Prize -- and say above all, they don't want Paul Weller to win.
The band was shortlisted in 2008 for its third album, 'Do You Like Rock Music?,' and though beaten by Elbow and their LP, 'The Seldom Seen Kid,' still have strong feelings about the award.
Speaking to Spinner, frontman Scott Wilkinson insists the former Jam frontman would be the wrong choice as winner, saying, "I'd be disappointed if Weller won it, it seems wrong on all counts."

Mike Edwards, a founding member of Electric Light Orchestra, has died in a freak accident involving a bale of hay.
The cellist was killed on the A381 in Devon on Friday, Sept. 3, in an incident in which a bale of hay hit the van he was driving, reports the BBC.
Police are investigating if the runaway bale of hay - weighing at 600kg - rolled off a tractor from a farm close to the road. Edwards' van swerved and hit another vehicle but the other driver escaped the incident uninjured.
